Die multifokale motorische Neuropathie ist eine seltene, immunvermittelte reine motorische Neuropathie mit asymmetrischer Schwäche, meist an den Armen.
Typisch sind motorische Leitungsblöcke; sensible Ausfälle sprechen eher gegen MMN.
Leitliniengestützt ist IVIG die zentrale Therapie, während eine frühe Differenzialdiagnose zur Abgrenzung von Motoneuronerkrankungen wichtig ist.
